We ship via USPS and you should receive your purchase within 5-7 business days for standard shipping, 2-3 business days for priority shipping, and 1-2 business days for priority express shipping. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing time. We will not be held responsible if your order is not delivered in the shipping time frame, as on occasion, there can be delays with delivery via the carrier.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes as most orders are processed and shipped next day. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will not be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.
If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address. In the case that your order is shipped back to us, we will be able to re-ship your order (customer will be required to pay additional shipping fees) or issue a refund minus shipping/processing fees and fees inquired for the return of package.
Due to the nature of the product, we do not do returns unless your product is defective. Returns must be filed within 10 days of customer receipt date and the product must be unworn and with its original packaging. If you would like to schedule a return, please email email@example.com. Once we have received your returned product and it has been inspected we will issue a return back to the payment method used.
We will do exchanges for sizes on unworn shoes within 30 days of customer receipt date. You will be required to pay the shipping cost on the new shoes being sent. Please measure your child’s foot to ensure you order the right size.
